The Director of Food & Beverage role combines operational leadership and strategic management. You will be responsible for all food and beverage operations, including restaurant service, culinary coordination, bar and wine service, in-room dining, and banqueting. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of F&B outlets, ensuring top-tier service, food quality, and guest satisfaction to embody the “dolce vita” lifestyle, embracing Italian tradition. Manage, inspire, and support the team, ensuring development, motivation, and alignment with brand values. Collaborate with the Executive Chef and department heads to drive innovation and maintain high standards. Monitor F&B performance through financial analysis, implement cost-control measures, analyze market trends, and maintain a competitive edge. Develop and execute strategies to uphold brand and service standards, innovate while maintaining tradition, enhance guest experience, and maximize revenue. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
