Primary Responsibilities Include Developing HR strategy by identifying human resource needs, anticipating future requirements, and creating effective policies at Splendido, considering the unique staffing demands driven by seasonal operations. Recruiting and selecting top-tier candidates for all hotel positions, including proactive strategies for peak seasons, and making recommendations for hiring decisions. Facilitating employee onboarding and orientation to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Managing performance, employee relations, and engagement through conflict management, open communication, and team-building initiatives. Collaborating with the Divisional HR team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and initiatives. Managing and reporting on HR metrics via Belmond and LVMH systems, providing accurate data for decision-making. Requirements Minimum of 6 years of professional HR experience, preferably in hospitality management. Experience managing HR functions within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR policies. Experience in developing and leading employee training and development programs. Preferred familiarity with Zucchetti payroll systems. Proven ability to manage and develop a team. Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory.
