Nobu Milano is looking for a Reservation Specialist who can satisfy customers by following the directions of the Receptionist Supervisor and the Managers. Responsibilities Respond to booking requests received through the company's Channel Manager, OTA platforms, and email. Ensure that all reservation requests are processed promptly and accurately, adhering to company policies. Collaborate with other teams to coordinate booking details. Handle changes, cancellations, and requests from prospective guests. Contribute to the continuous improvement of reservation processes and suggest ideas to enhance efficiency and guest experience. Collect customer information and share it with other departments to optimize guest service. J-18808-Ljbffr
