Job Description

Main Duties The Front Office Agent will be responsible for providing excellent and consistent service to guests before arrival, upon arrival, and during their stay, from check-in to check-out, to create memorable and personalized experiences for all guests. They must deliver the highest quality of service at all times and anticipate and exceed guest expectations. The role involves working in line with our company philosophy, operational standards, and procedures, contributing to a harmonious work atmosphere with a collaborative approach. They will assist guests, patrons, tenants, or employees with personal services such as making dinner and tour reservations, offering suggestions for events, arranging transportation, and other guest needs. Operational At the beginning of each shift, control the daily agenda & Logbook to check for last-minute changes and confirm services with restaurants, transportation, etc. Ensure that any fixed charges related to transportation costs or other payments are correctly entered in Opera on guest reservations. Perform typical Front Office activities such as check-in, check-out, email inbox control, scheduled shifts (AM, PM, Night). Respond to general Front Office responsibilities. Provide information regarding the area, including directions, attractions, shopping, nightlife, or recreational opportunities. Run errands for guests and deliver or pick up items as needed. Assist with business services like shipping packages and printing needs. Receive, store, and deliver mail and luggage. Acquire daily care items such as toiletries for guests and patrons. Plan and schedule special events, parties, or meetings. Fulfilling unusual requests such as arranging adventure experiences, coordinating special moments, or sourcing hard-to-find items. Arrange for interpreters or translators when needed. Develop and maintain service relationships to meet the needs of patrons, guests, or employees. Perform other related duties as assigned. Serve as the main point of contact for guest needs and requests via email and WhatsApp. Qualifications At least 6 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hotels. Customer-oriented with good problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills. Kindness, friendliness, and professionalism. Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
