What you'll do Provide technical support at the customer's site, identifying and resolving pain points, and escalating issues as required. Engage in problem-solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensure optimal customer operations. Support services include: sample testing, light maintenance, customer service, service report generation, chemical ordering, chemical inventory management, and general labor activities. Actively support Nalco Champion innovations and technology within the strategic district accounts, providing service support to other District Sales Representatives. Travel within the assigned sales territory. Coordinate and troubleshoot technical jobs. What you'll need Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field. Fluent in English.
