Your Mission : We are looking for a highly motivated Production Operator – Pastry to join our team based in Castelletto Stura (CN)! Key Responsibilities : Prepare and decorate pastry products in line with company recipes and quality standards Support daily operations in the production of semi-artisanal items Operate and monitor a dedicated production machine (training will be provided) Perform visual quality checks to ensure products meet aesthetic and hygiene requirements Collaborate with the team to maintain an efficient, clean, and organized work environment Ensure careful and high-quality presentation of finished products The Ideal Candidate : Educational background or hands-on experience in pastry, cake design, or dessert decoration Strong manual dexterity and a keen eye for aesthetics Precision, attention to detail, and a strong focus on quality Willingness to learn and operate specialized production machinery Flexibility to work daytime or shift schedules, depending on production demands Team-oriented mindset, adaptability, and a genuine passion for pastry What We offer : Celebrate Success : Annual results-based bonus, with the option to convert it into welfare benefits.
