BA / BSc degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields (asset) 7 years of fine dining restaurant management experience with deep knowledge of operation standards and customer expectations Proficiency in spoken and written English and Italian Excellent time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities Self-driven, resilient, energetic, and inclusive, with a constructive approach to new ideas Strong problem-solving and communication skills as a team player Excellent observation skills to identify bottlenecks and pain points Proactive attitude and adaptability to fast-paced, uncertain environments What will you work on?
