Complex Income Auditor

Job Purpose: To audit all daily income received by the hotel and ensure that all revenues such as Rooms, F&B, and others are correctly recognized and recorded in the General Ledger system. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and distribute Daily Revenue Reports to the Hotel & F&B management team. Review all paid-outs, revenue adjustments, rebates, and allowances for reasonableness, proper approval, and supporting documentation; report deviations from hotel policies. Review the Night Manager's report daily. Explain variances in the guest in-house rate check report with the Front Office. Ensure complimentary and house use rooms are supported with appropriate documentation. Follow up on guests checked out with open paymaster accounts (Guest Ledger). Monitor guests in-house with exceeded credit limits (High Balance Report). Conduct periodic training for Front Office staff. Requirements: Relevant qualification or experience in Accounting or Finance. Prior experience as an Accounts Payable clerk or similar role. Experience in Hospitality or luxury hotels preferred. Excellent communication skills in Italian and English; French is advantageous. Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
