We are seeking an *Experience Support Associate* to join our back-of-house team for our *curated speakeasy chocolate and cocktail tasting experience*. This role is for someone who takes deep pride in doing the unseen work that makes everything else possible. Case Chocolates is an exciting newcomer in the world of something everyone loves: chocolate! We are set apart from any regular chocolate provider with a one-two punch: using specialized technique hardly found in the U.S., and a speakeasy for chocolate and cocktail pairings. Based in Houston, yet with eyes on future expansion, Case brings joy to all who step into our space—through unique tasting experiences, one-of-a-kind pairings, and our signature liquid-center chocolates. We are seeking creative, motivated, and detail-obsessed individuals to join our team. Training will be provided around our specialized technique. The collection of ideas and experiences shared by this team will ensure we are always crafting the most unique offerings possible to our enthusiasts (which most companies call customers). *Key Responsibilities* * Support by dishwashing, trash, and general BOH operations during and after service * Support the flow of service during curated tasting experiences * Maintain a clean, organized, and visually pristine environment before, during, and after service * Clear and reset tables between courses and guest seatings * Ensure chocolate and cocktail pairings are plated with precision and checked for quality * Communicate with front-of-house and bar team to maintain cadence and timing * Learn the chocolate story and pairings to better support experience execution * Participate in team huddles and service training workshops *Qualifications* * Previous experience in a hospitality, fine dining, or service-driven environment is preferred * Deep pride in doing “invisible work” that makes guest-facing experiences shine * Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and team-first mindset * Ability to remain composed and efficient in fast-paced service environments * Desire to learn and grow within an evolving and creative team * Availability to work Wednesday–Saturday evenings * Must be punctual, reliable, and aligned with our commitment to excellence *The Case Standard* This is not just a busser or BOH role—this is hospitality, backstage.
