Responsibilities Perform food preparation, cooking, and cleaning tasks to ensure kitchen efficiency and quality. Follow the prep list provided by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef. Prepare food items daily in designated outlets and other kitchen areas. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishes and operate dishwashing equipment. Assist kitchen staff in preparing menu items to ensure high performance and guest satisfaction. Estimated Monthly Budget Projected income: $2,400 (Hourly wage: $15) Housing costs: $600/month Meals provided during working hours J1 Visa Program This traineeship is part of a J1 visa program designed for young professionals or recent graduates to develop their careers through cultural exchange.
