We are looking for a Restaurant Hostess for the season 2025 to join our Restaurants' team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He / she is willing to provide authentic and luxury dining experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community. He/She should have exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills. He/She reports to Restaurant Manager Managing telephone reservations Welcoming customers upon arrival Escorting customers to the reserved table Handling of any needs (checkroom service etc.) Assisting with information requests Requirements At least 1 year of experience in the same role in luxury hotels and/or fine dining restaurants Excellent team work skills Determination to achieve goals Fluency in English at a professional level and preferably one additional language Ability to adapt Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure Other requirements: Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player Drive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues Global perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background Belmond and you: We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L.
