Located in a bustling neighborhood close to local bars, restaurants, shops, and just steps from the city center, The Social Hub Belfiore will feature around 549 rooms, a commercial boulevard, a thriving co-working community, restaurants, and a 7,000 sqm rooftop with a pool and green areas. As our Front Office (Community) Host, you’ll operate across all front-of-house areas, ensuring each guest has the best possible TSH experience. Whether providing a seamless check-in or engaging in conversation to make their stay unforgettable, you are at the forefront of our guest-facing operation. You know our products well and how to (cross-)sell them to our guests. Because of you, everyone entering our Florence Belfiore location will become a raving fan of TSH!
