This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to step into a key role, working alongside experienced Directors and contributing to a growing, collaborative team. About the Role Work on a broad range of commercial valuations across the South West and South Wales. Join a friendly, long-established regional office within a global organisation. Enjoy a flexible working culture – typically 2–3 days in the office, with the rest from home. Be based in one of Bristol’s most prestigious office buildings. Become part of a team known for its supportive environment and regular social events. Responsibilities Manage and grow client relationships, delivering high-quality valuation services. Conduct market analysis and assess property data to produce accurate valuations. Prepare detailed reports for clients, lenders, and legal purposes. Collaborate with senior colleagues on complex instructions and contribute to business development. Stay up to date with market trends and regulatory changes. Qualifications MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer. Required Skills Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proven experience in UK real estate, ideally within a property consultancy. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with Argus Enterprise (training provided) and Microsoft Office. Pay range and package Salary: Up to £70,000 car allowance performance-based bonus.
