Job Scope The HR Business Partner role involves general HR functions such as staffing, employee relations, training, payroll, and more. You will work independently and with a team, supporting strategic initiatives and building strong relationships within the organization. Responsibilities Manage HR functions for Italy, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, performance management, and employee engagement. Develop and implement HR strategies to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Ensure accurate payroll and HR records. Build relationships with staff and support HR and Change Management initiatives. Collaborate with leadership to develop solutions that enhance engagement and performance. Conduct field visits to strengthen relationships and address gaps. Manage talent sourcing, onboarding, offboarding, and conflict resolution. Generate reports, analyze data, and recommend improvements. Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. At least 5 years of HR experience in a sizable, fast-paced organization. Experience in hospitality or travel industry preferred. Knowledge of collective bargaining environments is a plus. Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Proficient in MS Office, HRIS, and payroll systems. Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are advantageous. J-18808-Ljbffr
