To keep the factory running, it is important that you meet the following requirements as a Production Worker: You are fulltime or parttime available. You can work in 3 shifts. You speak Dutch or English. You can work in Oosterhout. You have your own transportation. You can take off/out all your jewelry or piercings if you have them. You're okay with being scheduled in reserve shifts. What will you do You are going to work at a cookie factory at the department ‘packing’. As a production worker you work at the production line. Here you pack the fresh cookies in boxes. All kinds of them! Chocolate cookies, cranberry cookies. Yum! Together with your colleagues you are in charge of the production line and you have to prevent system failures. If you're willing to learn the Dutch language eventually, it's definitely a job for longer time! You'll work in 3 shifts: 6:00-14:00 hr, 14:00-22:00 hr, 22:00-06:00 hr. At Merba they do work with reserve shifts. If you are available 5 days a week, you'll get 2 reserve shifts and 3 guaranteed days of work. It happens quit a lot that you're called in on your reserve shift, so you can mostly expect a work week of 4 - 5 days!
