Prior Experience? Accountant Passionate About? Family adventures, watching college football, outdoor activities, hunting, and being a mentor. Financial Agent 1: How long as an agent? 37 years. Prior Experience? Teacher Passionate About? Hiking, golf, and participating in K of C council activities. Financial Agent 2: How long as an agent? 21 years. Prior Experience? Police Sergeant and Commander of the Criminal Investigations Division. Passionate About? Family time, golf, hunting, fishing, and long weekends at the beach house. Financial Agent 3: How long as an agent? 17 years. Prior Experience? Real Estate Agent Passionate About? Spending time with family, watching sports, traveling, and staying active. Position Overview: As an Insurance Agent, your role centers on building strong client relationships and understanding their protection goals. You’ll provide personalized advice and craft customized strategies to help members protect what matters most. Additionally, there is a clear growth path from Insurance Agent to Financial Advisor, allowing you to expand your expertise and offer even more comprehensive financial guidance as you advance in your career. What New Agents Value Most: Fast onboarding process, with new agents typically ready to begin within 30 days. Mentorship program that includes an average of 25-35 appointments with an experienced mentor to ensure early success. Paid licensing and professional designations to support ongoing development. Benefits and Incentives: Path to exceed $100,000 in first year earnings, with starting draw. Up to $12,000 in training grant.
