From Shakers, house of freeworking, we're looking for a strategic and analytical Product Marketing Manager , with proven experience in competitive analysis and mystery shopping , to help our client sharpen and positioning in the B2B SaaS space. This is a brand-new role in the team, and you’ll own it from start to finish—from market research to messaging to building battle cards and sales materials. ️ You must be a Mystery Shopping specialist You’ll act as a potential customer and attend competitor demos to extract insights into positioning, messaging, and onboarding experience. We’re looking for someone confident and proactive in this type of research. What you’ll do Lead deep competitive research and mystery shopping activities Build and maintain battle cards and competitor matrices for Sales & Marketing Conduct win/loss interviews with prospects and clients Continuously update and refine our core messaging and positioning Turn insights into structured, clear documentation and recommendations What we’re looking for Proven experience in Product Marketing or Competitive Intelligence Specialist in Mystery Shopping as a research methodology Strong in competitive analysis , sales enablement , and market research Structured, organized, and autonomous—you can own projects end-to-end Familiar with tools like Notion , Slack , Google Meet Fluent in English and Italian Experience in B2B SaaS is required Bonus: background in the hospitality/hotel sector Project details Freelance contract for 3 months 80 hours/month Fully remote – minimum 4h overlap with EU time zone High-impact role with real ownership and visibility Flexible and async-friendly work culture If you think you fit the role - apply directly! :)
