Your responsibilities: As a Growth Specialist at Blank, you will define, execute, and optimize paid acquisition strategies to drive growth through high-performance campaigns. You will explore alternative channels like strategic partnerships and affiliate marketing to boost customer acquisition and reduce costs. Collaborating with the Marketing and Communication Manager, you will manage external partners to ensure alignment and maximize ROI. Your focus will be on developing and optimizing campaigns across paid channels, improving conversion rates, customer acquisition, and cost-efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Paid Acquisition: Develop and optimize paid campaigns to acquire new customers and increase Customer Lifetime Value (LTV). Exploring new channels: Experiment with partnerships, affiliate marketing, and emerging media platforms to find new growth opportunities. Agency & Partner Management: Collaborate with external agencies and partners to meet performance goals and create high-quality campaign assets. Optimization & A/B Testing: Continuously improve campaigns through testing and optimize landing pages for better conversions. Analytics & Data Insights: Use tools like Piwik Pro, HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, and Amplitude to monitor performance and refine strategies. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience managing high-budget paid campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn. Experience in fintech, SaaS, or media agencies is a plus. Proven ability to collaborate with agencies and affiliate networks. Strong data-driven approach to designing and optimizing campaigns. Experience with A/B testing, ad creative, landing page optimization, and bidding strategies. Proficiency with Piwik Pro, HubSpot, Google Suite, Amplitude, and Webflow. Background in CRM tools like HubSpot. Proactive, results-oriented, creative, curious, and a team player.
