Pastry Chef

Pastry Chef Main purpose: As a Pastry Chef, you will oversee pastry operations, ensuring high food standards for our Guests and fostering a safe, inspiring work environment for staff. Reports to: Head Chef. Main duties & responsibilities: Collaborate with the Executive Chef to produce pastries for the restaurant, bar, banqueting, and room service, maintaining brand standards and exceeding Guest expectations. Provide proactive training, planning, and delegation of work. Encourage high performance, lead by example, and discipline employees to uphold department standards. Monitor quality continuously with attention to detail. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Possess knowledge and ability to produce traditional Italian desserts and pastries.
