We are seeking 1 Application Engineer (Downstream) with a permanent contract in Italy, located in Ferrara, Ravenna, or Venezia. What You’ll Do Provide technical support on-site, identifying and resolving customer pain points, escalating issues as needed. Perform system analysis, interpret data, and provide written recommendations to optimize customer operations. Support services such as sample testing, light maintenance, customer service, service report generation, chemical ordering, inventory management, and general labor activities. Support Nalco Champion innovations and technology within strategic district accounts, assisting other District Sales Representatives. Travel within the assigned sales territory. Coordinate and troubleshoot technical jobs. What You’ll Need Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field. Fluent in English. Native Italian speaker. Valid Driver’s License.
