Agile Coach

Responsibilities Deliver training, coaching, and ongoing support to agile teams to boost performance, improve delivery cadence, and ensure high product quality. Guide teams in adopting DevOps principles and agile engineering methodologies by leading practices such as: Product backlog management: Help define and structure requirements from Epics and Features to User Stories and Tasks (including disposition, non-functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and testability). Forecasting & Planning: Coach teams on planning releases and sprint delivery through reliable estimation techniques. Engineering excellence: Promote agile testing approaches and support technical practices like requirement breakdown and quality-first development. DevOps transformation: Facilitate collaboration between agile teams and supporting functions, streamline workflows, and reduce manual effort to enable frequent, reliable releases.
