Construction Manager - Liguria

Currie & Brown is currently seeking a Construction Manager for our hospitality project in Liguria. Your core duties will involve : Supporting the project lead in managing the design and construction phases of multi-site projects’ design and fit-out. Liaising with multiple stakeholders, including client and customer teams, property services, designers, contractors, FM, and security consultants. Leading the coordination of the customer fit-out against the client’s design guides and constraints. Delivering projects, commissions, and professional assignments. Setting objectives and priorities, working proactively as part of a team. Maintaining effective communication to ensure all relevant information is available for successful project completion; liaising with other managers for efficient financial control. Assisting with commercial management services. Ensuring all work outputs are accurate and delivered on time. Supporting the team leader in cost management of projects. Representing the company professionally, meeting, negotiating, and building strong relationships with clients. What skills and attributes are we looking for from you : Technical delivery experience within the construction industry. Excellent technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills. Well-organized, diligent, proactive, assertive, disciplined, and commercially savvy. A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful, and flexible. BSc in construction management, architecture, building surveying, or equivalent. Experience in the education sector is advantageous. Experience with fit-out projects. Risk management qualifications or experience.
