Responsibilities Perform various food preparations, cooking, and cleaning tasks to ensure efficient kitchen operations and high-quality dishes for patrons. Complete all tasks on the prep list from the Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef. Prepare food items daily in your assigned outlet and other kitchen areas. Ensure dishes are clean and sanitized, operate dishwashing equipment, and maintain supplies. Assist kitchen staff in producing menu items to ensure guest satisfaction and profitability. Estimated Monthly Budget Projected monthly income: $2,400 (Hourly wage: $15) Housing costs: $600/month Meals provided during working hours J1 Visa Program This traineeship is part of a J1 visa program designed for young professionals and recent graduates to develop their careers through cultural exchange.
