Our team works together to help patients unlock their potential for better health through chiropractic, functional medicine, soft tissue therapy, and physical rehabilitation. Key Responsibilities: Assist patients with prescribed therapeutic exercises and stretches Set up and operate therapy equipment (vibration plate, decompression, Bemer, cold laser, shockwave, etc.) under supervision Provide clear instructions and encouragement to patients Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy area Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before each patient visit Support the front desk and other team members when needed Follow HIPAA guidelines and all clinic policies Track and document therapy sessions accurately in our EHR system Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in physical therapy, chiropractic, sports medicine, or fitness preferred Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment (we see ~85 patients per day) Strong attention to detail and a team-player mindset Must be able to stand, bend, and assist patients with mobility What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience On-the-job training Positive, supportive work culture Employee wellness benefits and discounts on services Apply now to join the Gentle Force family and help change lives every day!
