Director of Food & Beverage ( Rome )

A great opportunity to join as a Director of F&B at a Luxury 5-star hotel in Rome. Requirements: Experience required: 3-5 years in a similar management role within a structured hotel company, preferably in Italy. Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is preferred. The role is intended for an Executive Committee (Excom) member. Reporting line: Reports to both the General Manager and the Director of Operations. Department management: Oversees Food & Beverage (40 staff). The Executive Chef will work closely with the Director of F&B but will not report directly to him. Culinary is considered a separate department. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
