Our Properties NeueHouse currently operates across three iconic properties in New York City and Los Angeles: OurMadison Square (MSQ)House : Located in New York’s Flatiron District, formerly Tepper Galleries, and near the 69th Regiment Armory. OurHollywood House (HWD) : Situated on Sunset Boulevard, originally CBS Studio, hosting legendary artists like Orson Welles and Lucille Ball. OurVenice Beach House (VB) : Once home to influential creatives, now a vibrant hub for Venice’s creative community. The Role The Line Cook supports culinary excellence across our locations, working closely with the Chef de Cuisine. The role involves preparing high-quality, seasonal, sustainable, and innovative menus, and requires experience in high-volume, concept-driven kitchens with a focus on diverse cuisines and dietary needs. 2-4 years of experience in similar roles. Prepare all food items ensuring quality and consistency. Maintain recipes, portion sizes, and standards through training and mentorship. Support kitchen operations and assist in events. Ensure proper handling, preparation, and presentation of food. Monitor temperatures, minimize waste, and ensure sanitation. Communicate effectively with team members and maintain a clean workstation. Follow safety protocols and attend training sessions.
