Main responsibilities Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities Support customers during onboarding and account management Contribute to the evaluation process of potential investments and run internal procedures Perform market analysis, prospecting, and support inbound and outbound activities to acquire new clients Who we are looking for : Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work effectively Curious, analytical, and always seeking innovative solutions Positive attitude, team player, and problem solver Willingness to improve skills, grow knowledge in innovative finance, fintech solutions, and innovation Location : This position is based at our Milan HQ. Terms and conditions : Internship. After an initial period of up to 6 months, a full-time contract will be offered.
