Babysitter wanted for childcare in Winnipeg

Weve got two very active and busy little boys. They are talkative and creative and like to be on the move and active. Our older son is smart and analytical, he is curious and always thinking and learning. Our younger son is our feeler, he is empathic and goofy, but also struggles with anxiety which has made traditional school and daycare environments a challenge for him. He thrives when hes with an adult he trusts and feels safe with. Both parents work M-F and we are looking for someone who can pick them up after school at 3:00 and bring them home and stay with them until 4:30 when we get home from work. No cooking or cleaning required. Were looking for someone attentive, flexible, active, creative, and who is reliable and willing to invest in building a relationship with our boys.
