Babysitter wanted for childcare in Toronto

We are a happy family of 4 (plus our dog Yukon) living near High Park. We love to be outdoors, cook, and have fun. We have a good natured and fun 2.5 year old daughter and a 3 month old son. Husband does work a fairly demanding job and is home for dinner most days but often needs to work after and is sometimes away on business. We need help on evenings with the kids, cooking, cleanup, and tidying. Ideal would be 2-3 days/week on a somewhat fixed schedule some of the days from Mon to Thurs helping from 4:30 to 8:30pm or so. Daughter is in daycare during the day. Also we occasionally need babysitting and help at other times, which might be a separate ask. Being a good cook and helping make food and serve would be a real help. Could be someone who wants to take the lead here or just be the assistant. We speak Polish and Serbian - speaking a Slavic language could be nice but not required.
