Working as part of a small, well-trained, and fully supported international team of sales executives, enabled with cutting-edge sales CRM technology and in-depth management team knowledge of field sales, you will sell highly competitive and innovative top-end products and services in the financial sector. More specifically, as a Field Sales Executive you will: Follow up on scheduled appointments and evaluate existing data about prospects, build rapport, and validate current needs through in-person visits, maximizing reach by obtaining referrals from existing clients; Present products and services positively and compellingly, based on your understanding of the market and product features/advantages for each prospect; Close sales by effectively selling group products/services; Schedule and oversee the delivery and installation of card terminals at client premises; Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system; Provide feedback on the quality of contact center appointments; Discuss and resolve issues with your area manager to achieve top sales results; Undertake relevant training and refreshers; Promote team spirit and learn from colleagues; Maintain a positive market presence and image of Viva Wallet's offers; Serve as the first contact point between clients and internal departments; Retain customers and prevent migration to competitors; Requirements include: 1-2 years of digital and e-commerce sales experience with a track record in acquiring e-commerce and online merchants; Deep understanding of the retail, hospitality, freelancers, and card terminal markets; Knowledge of financial products/services features and advantages; Experience with CRM systems; Outstanding negotiation and closing skills; Strong organizational and diary management skills; Resiliency and objection handling abilities; Motivation to succeed personally and financially; Bachelor's degree; Computer literacy (MS Office); Full, clean driving license; Fluent Italian and English language skills. Desirable qualifications include previous sales experience in Payment Services or Card Terminals industry, the ability to demonstrate and communicate web-based software products, and the capacity to handle a diverse client base.
