Room Service Coordinator

Take guest in-room dining orders, communicate special requests to the kitchen, and coordinate delivery of orders according to Four Seasons Standards. What you will do ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Be part of the opening team Answer telephone using courteous, efficient etiquette while obtaining all necessary information to process the guest’s order according to Four Seasons Standards. Describe food & beverage menu items with vivid descriptions of their origin, taste, and preparation methods. Monitor mobile platforms for guest orders or inquiries; reply promptly and courteously. Communicate guest orders, including special needs or requests, to the kitchen using the hotel’s point-of-sales system; check completed orders against original requests; coordinate delivery to guest rooms; close guest checks accurately; record charges and gratuities. Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently to concerns and requests. Coordinate amenity deliveries, ensuring requests are received, ordered, and delivered promptly and accurately. Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. Work harmoniously and professionally with colleagues and supervisors.
