Area Sales Manager

Key Points : The candidate must speak French (B2 / C1) and be fluent in Italian (C1 / C2). A B driving license is required. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in sales (excluding training). Job Description Main Duties : Develop and Prospect : Identify and prospect new clients in your area. Build Loyalty and Support : Maintain and develop lasting relationships with existing clients by identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions. Resolve customer disputes. Convince and Negotiate : Present our services to senior decision-makers (CEO, CFO, Managers) and close successful partnerships. Plan and Meet : Make regular trips to meet clients and prospects, including appointments scheduled by the call center and Customer Service, as well as personal prospecting. Participate in team meetings. Maintain your network, participate in professional events. Produce reports on business activities, refer to your regional manager for actions and results. Conduct business trips and apply the sales policy. Travel is required for this position : Work from home in the Lombardy area. Ideal profile : Business knowledge, understanding of marketed products and the competitive environment, proficiency in office software and internal applications, familiarity with the sales process, fluency in a foreign language, enjoyment of selling, aptitude for service sales and commercial relations, respect for the company's image, and comfort speaking.
