Responsabile marketing scientifico - coagulazione

Claire Joster, part of Eurofirms Group, Società di Ricerca e Selezione di Personale, is seeking a Scientific Marketing Manager - Coagulation for an Italian leading company in medical diagnostic devices. Responsibilities include: Managing scientific relations: developing and maintaining strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinical experts in coagulation. Scientific expertise: in-depth knowledge of products and their clinical applications to support marketing and training activities. Content creation: designing and developing impactful scientific content (webinars, courses, promotional materials, bibliographies). Scientific marketing: supporting the creation of multichannel campaigns and guiding activities during the pre-launch and launch phases of new diagnostic solutions. Training and presentations: delivering scientific presentations and demos, both in person and online, aimed at physicians and stakeholders. Knowledge transfer: ongoing training for sales teams and Product Specialists through structured programs. Clinical-commercial support: assisting the sales team with scientific inquiries and preparing for tenders. Scientific evaluation: coordinating studies and clinical assessments of emerging products and technologies. Publications: contributing to scientific articles and supporting clients in producing theses, posters, and publications. Continuous update: constantly monitoring scientific evidence in coagulation and related therapeutic areas. Technical documentation: collaborating with internal teams to create technical and scientific materials. Requirements: Degree in scientific disciplines (Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields) Preferably at least 5 years of experience in similar roles Knowledge of diagnostic products and solutions Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills Willingness to travel throughout Italy Good IT skills (Microsoft Office suite) Proficiency in English (written and spoken) Offer: Permanent contract Salary package commensurate with experience and skills Full-time, flexible hours Company car Lunch at the Group's restaurant Location: Milan North-West J-18808-Ljbffr
