We are looking for new graduates to participate in our Program. This is an apprenticeship program, during which you will have the opportunity to put your knowledge into practice and acquire skills through a working opportunity. What You Will Do Provide talent sourcing and recruiting support to your assigned market. Seek out talent for strategically important roles, using digital tools, databases, and social networks. Create compelling sourcing strategies and marketing materials, and work on improving brand perception in target groups. Partner with your assigned managers to support a smooth interview and assessment process. Show curiosity to identify new sourcing channels, platforms, and technology to help us continually improve. Minimum Qualifications Ongoing or completed bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or other related areas. Italian Native, Fluent English, and at least B1 Spanish. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Customer service focused and a collaborative team player. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships. Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize tasks and responsibilities, and manage time effectively. Driving License and a car.
