VIE - Junior Financial Controller - Milan - 12 / 24 months

We are looking for two motivated and analytical Junior Financial Controllers (VIE) to join our FP&A team! This is a unique opportunity to gain international experience in financial management supporting key business decisions through data analysis, cost monitoring, and budget planning. What will you do Assist in preparing financial and management control reports. Monitor and analyze company costs and key financial KPIs. Contribute to budget preparation and financial forecasting. Analyze variances against the budget and identify key causes. Support monthly and quarterly closing processes. Qualifications Our ideal profile would be: Degree in Economics, Finance, Management Control, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in Finance or Management Control. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Tableau and OneStream is a plus. Fluent in English. Problem-solving mindset with excellent organizational skills.
