Job Description Main Duties : Develop and Prospect : Identify and prospect new clients in your area. Build Loyalty and Support : Maintain and develop lasting relationships with existing clients by identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions. Resolve customer disputes. Convince and Negotiate : Present services to senior decision-makers (CEO, CFO, Managers) and establish successful partnerships. Plan and Meet : Make regular trips to meet clients and prospects, including appointments scheduled by the call center and Customer Service, along with personal prospecting. Participate in team meetings. Maintain your network and participate in professional events. Produce reports on business activities, refer to your regional manager for actions and results. Carry out business trips as needed. Apply the company's sales policy. Business travel : Travel is required for this position. Work from home within the Lombardy area.
