Develop innovative menus and dining concepts in collaboration with culinary teams. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Drive revenue growth through upselling, promotions, and strategic planning. Requirements: Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a luxury hotel, lodge, or resort. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Excellent financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively. A passion for hospitality, guest service, and attention to detail.
