Opportunity Highlights: Full-spectrum Primary Care for adult and geriatric patients, including a limited adolescent population. Become part of a thriving team of over 120 providers, featuring 46 Primary Care Physicians and 10 APPs. Convenient on-site ancillary services: X-ray, MRI, CT, Lab, Ultrasound, and more. Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek | Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, to support your work-life balance. Light 1:8 call rotation with minimal consultative phone call only. Compensation & Benefits Package: Two-year guaranteed base salary with additional productivity bonuses available. Partnership opportunity with minimal buy-in and significant income potential of $500,000-$600,000. $30,000 signing bonus.
