As a Network Strategy and Performance Analyst , you will support fleet planning and help align commercial and operational teams to ensure efficient and profitable operations. You'll conduct analyses to optimize aircraft utilization and operational efficiency, contributing to the company's profitability. You'll automate and develop processes aligned with a culture of efficiency across various teams to help the company anticipate, identify, and act on opportunities to improve planning. Your Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the execution and performance evaluation of network and fleet strategy. Conduct analyses and identify optimization opportunities. Support and conduct analysis to evaluate fleet and capacity performance. Automate and generate reports to support decision-making. Develop executive presentations to communicate key messages related to strategy and execution Our Ideal Candidate Has: 1 years of experience in Commercial Planning or a related field. 1 years of experience in Business Consulting or a related field. 1 years of experience in Financial Planning. Strong skills in: Proactivity Analytical Thinking Attention to Detail Assertive Communication and Negotiation Teamwork Integrity and visionary thinking A goal-driven mindset, results-oriented, and committed to both personal and team success. Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. Advanced conversational English. Experience with SQL (preferred).
