We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for attracting, identifying, and securing top talent to support our strategic business objectives. You will play a key role in shaping our workforce and ensuring we have the right people in the right roles to drive our success. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offering, and onboarding. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their departmental needs and develop effective recruitment plans. Utilize various sourcing channels, including professional networks, job boards, social media, and industry events, to identify qualified candidates. Negotiate offers and manage the pre-boarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Manage and track recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field is considered as an advantage. At least 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, preferably in luxury hospitality field. Mandatory experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and recruitment technologies. Demonstrated ability to attract and hire top talent in a competitive market. Fluency in English and Italian languages is required. Knowledge of any other language is considered as a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
