Candidate requirements: At least 3 5 years of management experience in a 5-star boutique safari lodge/camp A solid track record of experience within the hospitality industry is essential Energetic, proactive person with a well-developed concept of the importance of providing a world-class guest experience, and the ability to provide that experience Passionate about sustainable tourism and conservation Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential Competent financial and IT skills Unrelenting attention to detail and high standards A driver's license and own transportation is essential Ideal for candidates looking for a long-term role This is a live-in position. Leave cycle is 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
