Job Description Job Description SAUSAGE MAKER QUALIFICATIONS : Knowledge of cutting, trimming and preparing proteins to produce sausages. Able to follow quality control and safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Use of knives, sausage grinders, and other equipment to prepare proteins. Work Setting: Food Processing Plant / Manufacturing and Storage Facility. Cold Environment Candidate must exhibit a strong desire to learn and improve oneself, multitask and prioritize. Candidates should conduct oneself with integrity, accountability and determination. Must be punctual, reliable and responsible. Two (2) Work Shifts available - 4am through 8pm Pay Rate is based on experience.
