Job Description

Join a premier, physician-led women's healthcare group and embrace a role centered on clinical excellence and personal well-being. We are seeking a dedicated OB/GYN physician for an established OB Hospitalist team in the bustling metropolitan hub of Orlando, Florida. This is a unique opportunity to practice high-acuity medicine in a supportive, team-based environment, leaving the complexities of on-call schedules and private practice administration behind. Position Highlights Step into a clinically focused role where your sole responsibility is inpatient care. You will manage L&D, triage patients, handle OB/GYN emergencies, and perform surgeries, free from outpatient clinic duties, overhead, and billing hassles. Experience true team-based care, ensuring you are never alone. You will work in-house alongside a dedicated team of fellow OB hospitalists, expert midwives, and physician assistants, with full sub-specialty support readily available. Enjoy no on-call from home, meaning when your shift is over, your time is truly yours. This model eliminates the 24/7 on-call burden, allowing for a predictable and sustainable career. Utilize advanced clinical resources and practice in a well-equipped environment with modern EMR systems, ultrasound technology, and access to the latest minimally invasive surgical techniques, including robotics. Practice Environment Join a compassionate and expert team dedicated to providing holistic, judgment-free care that empowers patients to make informed health decisions. The clinical team follows the latest evidence-based guidelines from ACOG and stays current with new research to ensure the highest standard of care is consistently delivered. Your work is based on a structured schedule planned months in advance, typically consisting of rotating 12 or 24-hour in-house shifts. This model allows for significant blocks of time off to recharge and pursue personal interests. Patient safety and continuity are ensured through collaborative handoffs, utilizing a structured and thorough sign-out process with the team of physicians and midwives. Compensation and Benefits This is a full-time, W2 employed position with a robust and transparent compensation package. You will receive guaranteed base compensation through a competitive hourly rate that provides financial stability. In addition to your base, you will be rewarded for your efficiency and high-quality clinical outcomes through productivity and quality bonuses. We offer an aggressive retirement plan, providing a 401(k) with employer contribution. The position includes full malpractice coverage, with paid professional liability insurance that includes crucial tail coverage. You will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a CME stipend. Candidate Requirements Candidates must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology. An active, unrestricted Florida medical license must be held or be obtainable. A collaborative mindset and a passion for inpatient medicine are essential for this role. This position is not eligible for J-1 or H1-B visa sponsorship. Why Our Community?
