Key Requirements: Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing housekeeping teams in the hospitality sector. Strong attention to detail and proven experience in detail cleaning management. Experience in linen management within a hospitality environment. Skilled in preparing and managing housekeeping schedules . Experience with industrial relations and disciplinary procedures . Excellent people management, communication, and client relations skills. Advanced computer literacy ( Word, Excel, Outlook ).
