Hospice LPN

Overview: Deliver comfort and dignity - one patient at a time We’re looking for a Hospice LPN to join our team. You’ll report directly to the Administrator or Executive Director and play a key role in providing compassionate, hands-on care to patients and their families. This position supports end-of-life care in the setting patients call home—whether that’s a private residence, assisted living, or facility. Territory will be Elizabethton area that can also cover Roan Mountain.
