Position Overview As the NICU Nurse Manager, you will collaborate with the Director to lead clinical operations, mentor staff, and maintain excellence in patient care within our family-centered NICU environment. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and clinical oversight for all NICU operations Drive quality initiatives and performance improvement projects Mentor and develop nursing staff while promoting evidence-based practices Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies Coordinate interdisciplinary care delivery and family-centered care approaches Manage departmental resources, staffing, and budgetary responsibilities Support the implementation of new technologies and care protocols Required Qualifications BSN required; MSN preferred Current Texas RN license or Multi-State Compact License 2 years recent NICU leadership experience as Manager or Charge Nurse Current AHA BLS certification Strong clinical background in neonatal intensive care Excellence in communication and team leadership Why Join Us?
