Summary We are seeking a Manufacturing Safety Assistant Administrator to join our dynamic team at Deep Foods. In this role, you will play a vital part in the safe production process of our popular Indian food products, ensuring that we meet our high standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Observe plant manufacturing processes for compliance with basic issues like use of proper footwear, safe cutting practices and similar. Will assist the in completion of investigative reports in conjunction with the Corporate Safety Administrator and Plant Management to determine root cause analysis and determine remedial actions to prevent recurrences. Will ensure training is completed and recorded in our automated system. Helps build a strong safety culture down to the operator level. Will help reduce the frequency and severity of lost time accidents. Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is preferred. Ability to communicate in Spanish is a strong plus but not a must.
