BCI Worldwide specializes in providing comprehensive furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) services for the Hospitality and Gaming industries. From freight forwarding to final installation, we manage the entire life cycle of hotel pre-opening and renovation projects, delivering value-added services tailored to our customers’ needs. The Business Development/Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of BCI Worldwide by identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and promoting our full range of FF&E services. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition: Identify and engage prospective clients in the Hospitality and Gaming industries. Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term partnerships. Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Service Promotion: Present BCI Worldwide’s services to potential clients, showcasing our expertise and value. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. · 3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in FF&E or related industries. · Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. · Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. · Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events. · Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
