CAD Drafter

Job Description Job Description Job Title: Drafter Job Summary: Our Client in Tequesta, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Drafter to support the design and engineering team. The Drafter will produce drawings, layouts, and technical documents for proprietary ballistic wall systems used in utility, defense, and critical infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong AutoCAD or Revit skills, experience working with structural or precast systems, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like: Prepare detailed CAD drawings, layouts, and blueprints for engineering projects Revise and update drawings based on engineering feedback and project changes Ensure accuracy and compliance with codes, standards, and specifications Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and manufacturing teams Assist with technical submittals and project documentation Support field and shop teams with drawings and clarifications as needed Maintain organized drawing files and documentation systems Schedule & Pay: Full-time, Monday – Friday Salary: Competitive, based on experience Here’s What Makes YOU a Great Fit: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field 2 years of drafting experience, preferably in structural or precast systems Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit and SketchUp experience preferred Knowledge of construction drawings, detailing, and structural layouts Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational and time management skills Job Location: Tequesta, FL APPLY TODAY!
