Cardiac Anesthesiology Base Salary: $650K Sign-On Payment: $100K 50 Days Off Annually Performance Bonus: Up to $30K On-Call: 11 shifts/quarter, Excess Call Pay: $5K (12th-15th shifts), $5.5K (beyond 15 shifts) $3K/year for professional expenses $7K/year for CME and conferences Voluntary Shift Pay: $3,140 for 10 hours The community is vibrant and offers an excellent family environment, with unsurpassed recreational activities including five star rated restaurants, private country clubs, cultural performances, golfing, tennis, white water rafting, skiing, kayaking, backpacking, hiking, minor league baseball, and numerous events and festivals throughout the year.
